Welcome to survivethewrath.com. This site is being built to help those that will go through the Great Tribulation mentioned in the Bible. If you do not know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, there will be a time in the near future that you will see the most devastating times on earth.
The Bible says that the generation that sees the fig tree blossom in the desert is the generation that shall see the return of Christ. That fig tree is the nation of Israel and they are the only nation blossoming in the desert. Israel is the greenest nation in the Middle East and one of the largest exporters. They are also one of the most technologically advanced countries in the world. We are that generation that is seeing the Fig Tree blossom and we are the generation that will see the return of Jesus Christ.
The difference between the return of Christ and his second coming.
The Bible tells us a lot about the end of days, but one thing it does not mention in the end of days is the United States of America. The blessings of God started with the Jews and will end with the Jews. After Jesus was crucified, the Jews stayed near Jerusalem until God allowed them to be persecuted and the Holy Spirit directed the Gospel west. At that point the Gospel has been traveling around the world and will eventually end up back in the East. I think it already has, that is why I say we are in the last days.
There are seven time periods that will pass known as the seven dispensations. A dispensation is an age that is applied to different people at different times. The book of Ecclesiastes states for such a time as this, there is a time for everything. The dispensations are also known as the ages. We are currently in the age of Grace. You must understand where we started to understand where we are headed.
The Seven Dispensations
The Dispensation Of Innocence
The time period covered in this dispensation is from the time of the creation of Adam and Eve to the time of their fall when they disobeyed God in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 1:28-30 and Genesis 2:15-17). The world was in perfect harmony and there was no sickness or death. Man was ordered to be fruitful and multiply and have dominion over the animals and care for the garden. When they were expelled from the garden, this began the second dispensation. The length of time in the garden is not mentioned. Although it seems to have been a short time. Eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil was the first disobedience to God.
The Dispensation Of Conscience
The moment Adam and Eve sinned and realized they were naked is the moment they had a conscience. When God returned and they were hiding (Genesis 3:8), God expelled them from the garden and they had to rule themselves by their own will and conscience. During this time, man became so wicked and their hearts were continually wicked. The Bible says God repenteth making man and was grieved in His heart (Genesis 6:5-7). This dispensation covers a time from the expulsion from the garden to the flood of the earth (Genesis 7:17-20). This shows what men will do when guided by their conscience.
The Dispensation Of Human Government
Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord and was spared from the flood. God gave commands to Noah and his family and made a promise to never flood the earth again. This promise was given by the sign of a rainbow. After the flood, God allowed man to use the animals as food (Genesis 8:21-22) (Genesis 9:1-4). God commanded Noah and his family to replenish the earth. The descendants of Noah failed to go out through the earth and decided to build a tower to Heaven, so God came down and changed their languages and they then scattered through the earth. This was the beginning of the age of government (Genesis 11:4-9). This time of this dispensation was between Noah and the call of Abraham. Notice once again the disobedience to God. Also note how today, the devil and his children of pride use the rainbow as their symbol of love.
The Dispensation Of Promise
This is the time the descendants of Abraham waited for the promise that God would make them a great nation and give them their own land (Genesis 12:1-7). Abraham was a man of faith and was chosen to lead them to the promised land. The righteousness of Abraham went through the generations of Isaac, Jacob and his twelve sons to the youngest son Joseph and this short dispensation ended with Abraham’s descendants working as slave in Egypt and the Exodus of the Jews from Egypt.
Dispensation Of Law
In the Legal Dispensation, God dealt with a chosen nation, Israel. Moses was chosen to lead his people from the slavery of Egypt and and was given the Ten Commandments and the Mosaic Law (Exodus 19-23) This was the age of priests, prophets and kings. The law was given to show the people that they needed to depend on God and trust Him to save them, rather than trusting themselves, their own goodness, or other gods for salvation. For centuries He watched over and protected them from their enemies, but when they turned from Him and became idolaters, His “Glory” left the Temple and He gave them over to their enemies, and when He sent the “Promised Seed” they were so filled with unbelief and hatred that they said this is the “Heir” let us kill Him, and they took and crucified the “Lord of Glory, ” and the Dispensation of law ended.
The Dispensation Of Grace
Also called the age of grace or the church age, this dispensation begins with the resurrection of Jesus Christ. We currently live in this dispensation and when the blood of Jesus was spilled on the Cross, a new covenant was was started. We are now saved by Grace through Faith (Ephesians 2:8-9) The atonement of sin was provided once and for all (Luke 22:20). Where sin abound, God’s Grace much more abound for the one that believes. From Abraham’s children to the gentiles (non Jews) (Hebrews 10:10, 14; Romans 5:1; Romans 3:29-30; Galatians 3:7, 29). The Holy Spirit of God dwells within us that believe (John 14:16-26). The age of grace will end with the Rapture of the Church. The exact timing of the Rapture is a controversial argument.
The Judgment
Following the Rapture of the Church, there will start a time of chaos and turmoil. This is the time when God’s focus is back on the Jews and the nation of Israel. The Great Tribulation begins with the breaking of the seven seals on a scroll mentioned in the book of Revelation and the only one found worthy to break the seal is none other than Jesus Christ. The first of the seven seals are the Four horses of the apocalypse. There will be seven seals, seven trumpets and seven vials that signify the judgments that will come upon the earth. As these judgments take place, there is still a chance for the people left behind to get saved and accept Jesus Christ as their saviour. Although there will be a great deception and it will not be easy.
I have created this website not for the people that are saved, but for the people not yet saved and as tool to use to help lead them to salvation or to help them get through the tribulation by showing them what to expect during that time.
The Messianic Dispensation
There are going to be two ways to enter the Millennial Kingdom. The first and easiest way is to accept Jesus Christ as your saviour and be taken in the Rapture of the Church or to survive the Tribulation and enter the thousand years and one of the survivors. If you are saved by Grace through the faith in Jesus Christ, you will indeed ride back with the Lord as Kings and Priests to rule and reign with him for one-thousand years (Revelation 5:10). If you enter the Millennial Reign as a survivor or you are born during the Tribulation, you will still be in human flesh and will live in that body for that time. After that time is up, Satan will be released again to tempt the remaining humans that have never been tempted. The Bible says that as many as the sands of the sea will follow him (Satan). This dispensation begins with the binding of Satan and ends with his destruction (Revelation 20:1-3) along with the destruction of the earth.
Summary
Adam and Eve disobeyed God and was expelled from the garden. They had to be expelled because if they would have eaten from the tree of life, they would have lived forever in a sinful body.
They go out and are guided by their conscience and the descendants continue to sin and become so wicked, God decides to destroy all but eight of them.
The eight begin government and once again disobey God attempt to build a tower to Heaven, so God separates them by languages and they scatter throughout the earth.
God picks one and blesses him and make a promise to give his descendant their own land and once again, they betray God and end up slaves for hundreds of years.
They are lead out of slavery by Moses and given the Ten Commandments and the law is established throughout the land. God sends His only Son and they reject Him and have Him crucified. This begins the age of grace.
We are currently longing for the Return of Christ at the Rapture of the Church and pry for or friends and families to know the Lord Jesus Christ before the Time of Jacobs trouble begins and it is too late for them.
Times during the tribulation will be so devastating, men’s hearts will fail them from just what they see.
